We follow the DCMS Voluntary Code of Good Practice for Prize Draw Operators, which came into force on 20 May 2026. Everything on this page is built into the site — each one is a switch you can throw yourself, not a promise about how we behave.
A monthly spending limit, at any figure including £0
You can cap what you spend on tokens in a calendar month. £0 is a real setting: with it in place nothing on this site can take a payment from you. Reductions apply the moment you save them. Increases wait 24 hours, so a decision made in the heat of a draw cannot take effect immediately.
Self-suspension for at least 6 months
Suspending your account stops all token purchases, all entries and all marketing for the period you choose, and it cannot be lifted early. Tickets you already hold stay in their draws and any prize you win is still yours.
18+, checked at signup
We take your date of birth when you open an account and we may ask for identification before releasing a prize. Anyone found to be under 18 has their account closed and their entries voided.
Debit cards only
We do not accept credit cards at all. Tokens are fungible and can be spent on instant-win competitions, which the code says credit cards must never fund — rather than run two classes of token, we take debit cards only.
You can see what you have spent
Your account shows month-to-date spending on every visit, alongside your limit if you have one. Every token and every credit movement is itemised in your wallet history.
Odds before you enter, not after
Every competition publishes its fixed ticket cap before it opens, and the picker works out your exact odds as you change the quantity. Every slider game publishes every item, its weight and its chance. No competition’s cap is ever raised.
Draws that happen on the date they say
Sold out or not, a draw goes ahead on its published date and the prize is won. We do not extend closing dates and we do not roll draws over.
Site credit stays on site
Credit from a sell-back or a referral buys tokens. It is not withdrawable as cash. This is a prize site, not a way of turning money into money.
If it stops being fun
Free, confidential and independent help is available at any hour. You do not have to have a problem to use it, and talking to them has nothing to do with us.
